Verzending en retouren:

  • Geniet van snelle levering en een probleemloos retourbeleid, geldig tot 30 dagen na de ontvangst­datum.
  • Brillen met niet-gepersonaliseerde glazen worden binnen 1 werkdag geleverd.
  • Reken op 5 tot 10 dagen voorbereiding in ons atelier voor corrigerende brillen, of voor brillen met anti-blauwlichtglazen.
  • Uw montuur heeft een garantie van 1 jaar. Als u problemen met uw bril heeft, vervangen wij deze in de winkel voor €50 (uitgezonderd verlies of diefstal).
