• Neutral lenses and accessories are dispatched within 1 business day, while custom-corrected glasses are shipped within 3 to 10 business days.
• Your frame comes with a 1-year warranty. If you have any issues with your glasses, we will replace them in-store for £50 (excluding loss or theft).
